ABOUT THE SANCTUARY DAY NURSERY
Our Staff
Our staff team consists of the owner Milly, who holds a degree in ‘Children and Integrated Professional Care’, assisted by our manager and assistant manager who hold Level 3 qualification and oversee everything at our nursery.​

Our Third in Charge and Sunflowers Lead is Level 4 qualified and has 8 years experience working with children and is also currently working towards her Level 5 Leadership qualification. All our Senior Early Years Practitioners are qualified to either Level 5 or Level 3 and we all undertake mandatory and additional training. Our 2 recent apprentices are currently working towards their Level 3 qualification.

Staff Training
Mandatory staff training is updated on an annual basis but staff have access to online training, so they complete courses based on what knowledge they want to gain and what is needed for our setting regularly. This is to ensure our staffs knowledge and expertise is of the highest standard.
